How the myBPhealth app and website handle the information needed to provide their features. Updated 22 August 2026.
Who operates myBPhealth
myBPhealth is provided and operated by Cyber AI Insights Pty Ltd. In this policy, “myBPhealth” means the myBPhealth app and website operated by Cyber AI Insights Pty Ltd.
Information you add
App records can include blood-pressure and pulse readings, notes, dates and times, Health Timeline events, medication names and doses, reminders and app preferences. Reference indicators use the recorded measurements and selected time period; myBPhealth does not ask for age or gender to generate them.
Local storage
Readings, notes, three-reading session details, medications, timeline events, reminders and preferences are kept in private storage on the device. myBPhealth does not sync those app records through iCloud, and the private store is excluded from device backups. Records do not automatically appear on another device, so use an export if you need a separate copy.
When moving records from an earlier app version, myBPhealth can retain a complete recovery copy in the same private, backup-excluded storage for 30 days after a confirmed migration. An unchanged, confirmed recovery copy is then removed without being re-imported. Changed or unreadable recovery material is retained rather than discarded automatically, to avoid silent data loss.
Apple Health
Apple Health connection is optional on supported iPhone and iPad devices. When you enable measurement storage, myBPhealth requests permission to write blood-pressure and pulse measurements that you enter. Existing single readings and the reportable average from each completed three-reading session are also offered to Apple Health. The individual component readings remain in local history.
With separate read permission, available information from the last 30 days is displayed in the Health Timeline. Sleep entries can include total duration and recorded REM, deep, core and awake time. State of Mind entries can include the daily mood or momentary emotion, pleasantness classification, selected feelings and associations recorded in Apple Health; myBPhealth does not interpret them as a diagnosis. Heart-rate entries use Apple Watch notification events and can show the Watch threshold with a 30-day Apple Health average; myBPhealth does not create a new medical alert or emergency notification.
Timeline context remains in Apple Health and is not copied into myBPhealth local records. Turning off future storage does not automatically delete measurements already stored in Apple Health; manage those copies in Apple Health or by deleting the matching myBPhealth reading where supported.
myDailyTasks medication connection
If you choose to share a completed medication ritual from myDailyTasks, the connection uses a private shared app container to pass the medication name, optional dose and completion time to myBPhealth. myBPhealth adds or updates the matching dated medication event in the Health Timeline so it can be reviewed near your readings and other context.
myBPhealth does not import your general task list, task notes, task priorities or planning history from myDailyTasks. The connection does not infer medication adherence, diagnose a condition or create treatment advice.
Reminders and Apple Watch
Local notifications use the reminder details you choose. Upcoming reminder snapshots can be sent to the paired Apple Watch companion so it can show reminder title, category and time.
Exports and printing
CSV exports and printed or saved reports create copies outside the app. You control where those copies are stored and who receives them. Use a trusted location and recipient when a file contains health information.
Optional product analytics
Aggregate product analytics is off by default. If you turn it on in Analytics settings, myBPhealth occasionally sends a first-party batch to mybphealth.app containing the app version, the Apple platform (iPhone or iPad, or Mac), and grouped, capped counts for a fixed list of app opens, main screens viewed and completed actions such as saving a reading or timeline item, adding a reminder, preparing a report or starting a CSV export.
The batch does not contain blood-pressure or pulse values, medication information, notes, Timeline details, Apple Health information, dates or times of individual actions, locale, an account identifier, a device identifier, an advertising identifier, or a persistent analytics identifier. The app uses no third-party analytics SDK, does not attempt to link a batch to a person or device, and does not combine analytics with sponsor data.
Cloudflare processes the network request to deliver and protect the endpoint. myBPhealth stores only the allowlisted aggregate fields in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine, where each datapoint is retained for three months and then automatically expires. The data is used to understand which existing features are useful and to plan and assess future improvements. Because stored batches contain no lookup identifier, they cannot be accessed, corrected or deleted by individual user.
Tracking and third parties
The current app contains no advertising trackers, third-party analytics, subscription, or in-app purchase. Optional first-party product analytics is not used for tracking, advertising, marketing or profiling. Apple may process information needed to provide Apple Health and notifications under Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
Sponsored messages
myBPhealth may include clearly labelled contextual messages from direct sponsors who pay for placement. Sponsorship is not personalised using blood-pressure readings, medications, Timeline entries or other health data.
myBPhealth does not share health data or identifiers with sponsors and does not provide sponsor tracking, impression or click analytics, or profiling.
If you explicitly submit a sponsor report, the campaign ID, selected reason and submission time recorded by Cloudflare are retained for support and compliance. Each report datapoint is retained for three months and then automatically expires. Reports contain no free text, identity, device identifier, health data or tracking, so they cannot be looked up or deleted by individual user. They are not shared with sponsors or used for advertising measurement.
The bundled campaign is a myBPhealth house message. It does not represent an outside sponsor.
Website hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process ordinary web request information, such as IP address, browser details and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Your choices
You can edit or delete individual local app records, keep aggregate product analytics off or turn it off at any time, disable notifications, revoke Apple Health read or write permission, and stop sharing medication ritual completions from myDailyTasks.
See Privacy Choices for practical steps.
Support privacy
When asking for help, include only what is needed to explain the issue. Avoid sharing readings, medication names or other health information unless it is necessary.
