Edit or delete records

Use the relevant Readings or Health Timeline view to update or delete an individual local record. These records stay on that device and are not synced through iCloud.

Apple Health

Choose whether to connect Apple Health from myBPhealth settings. You can review or revoke workout, step-count, sleep, State of Mind, heart-rate, high-heart-rate-event, blood-pressure or pulse permissions in the Health app or Apple system settings. State of Mind timeline access requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. Copies already written to Apple Health and information displayed from Apple Health are managed there.

myDailyTasks medication rituals

Choose whether a completed medication ritual in myDailyTasks is shared with myBPhealth from the relevant medication-ritual control in myDailyTasks. Turning sharing off stops future timeline imports; it does not delete an event already added to myBPhealth.

Notifications and Watch reminders

Change app reminder settings or disable notification permission in Apple system settings. Removing permission prevents future notification delivery; it does not delete the underlying Health Timeline item.

Product analytics

Aggregate product analytics is off by default. To change it, open myBPhealth Settings, choose Analytics, then turn Share aggregate product analytics on or off. Turning it off immediately deletes any analytics batch still waiting on that device and stops new analytics counts. It cannot identify and remove a batch already sent because the stored data contains no account, device or persistent analytics identifier and is retained only in aggregate for three months.

Local storage

myBPhealth does not use iCloud to sync app records. Its private store is excluded from device backups, so records stay on the device where they were created. Use CSV or report export when you need a separate copy, and protect exported health information carefully.

An earlier-version migration recovery copy may remain in private storage for 30 days after myBPhealth confirms that its records were safely merged. An unchanged, confirmed copy is then removed without being re-imported. Changed or unreadable recovery material is preserved to avoid silent data loss; contact support if you need help removing it.

Exports

Delete exported CSV files and saved reports from the location where you placed them. myBPhealth cannot remove a copy after it has been shared with another person or service.

Access

There is no subscription or in-app purchase. All current app features are included in the ad-supported experience.
