Need help with readings, Apple Health, reminders, Apple Watch, exports or access? Start with the checks below.
Records on another device
myBPhealth app records stay on the device where they were created and do not sync through iCloud. Use an export when you need a separate copy. Blood-pressure and pulse measurements you chose to store in Apple Health may be available there under your Apple Health settings.
Apple Health and State of Mind
Apple Health connection requires a supported iPhone or iPad and permission for the requested measurements, workouts, steps, sleep, State of Mind and heart-rate information. State of Mind timeline access requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. If an item is missing, use Review Apple Health Access in myBPhealth Settings, then refresh the Timeline. Apple Watch high-heart-rate notifications must also be enabled on the Watch.
myDailyTasks medication rituals
Check that medication-ritual sharing is enabled in myDailyTasks, then reopen myBPhealth to import a completed ritual. The connection carries completed medication context only, not your general task list.
Reminders
Check notification permission before relying on reminders. Reminders are not emergency alerts.
Apple Watch
Confirm the Watch app is installed and paired with the iPhone that creates your reminders.
Reports and exports
Choose a trusted destination for files containing health information, and confirm the selected Insights period first.
